Privacy Policy for Reactivity
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Ouuly ("we," "us," or "our") handles data within the Reactivity application for Meta Quest. Your privacy is our priority, and we have designed the app to be as private as possible.
2. Data Collection and Usage

Personal Data: Reactivity does not require any registration, login, or account creation. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.

User Nicknames: Within the app, you may choose a nickname for local identification. This nickname is stored strictly on your local device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties. You can change or delete this nickname at any time within the app settings.

Gameplay Data: Information such as high scores, progress, and settings are stored locally on your Meta Quest headset.
3. Data Storage and Security
All application data remains on your local hardware. Since we do not maintain a central database for Reactivity, we do not have access to your individual gameplay data or nicknames.
4. Data Retention and Deletion (VRC.Privacy.4)

User Control: You have full control over your data.

Deletion: If you uninstall the Reactivity application from your device, all locally stored data, including high scores and nicknames, will be automatically and permanently deleted. We do not keep any backups of your data once the app is removed.
5. Third-Party Sharing (VRC.Privacy.3)
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. All data stays within the local environment of your device.
6. Children’s Privacy
Reactivity is designed for users aged 13 and older. Since we do not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly or unknowingly process information from children.
